Hand Sanitizing StationsAny items you're returning should be placed in the marked bins in the lobby. Once that's done and you're moving inside to browse, you'll see a hand sanitizing station. In order to help protect our staff and your fellow patrons, everyone MUST sanitize their hands on the way in. We encourage you to use the hand sanitizing station located near the exit when you're on your way out, too. And feel free to use any of our sanitizing stations at any time during your visit.

MasksMasks MUST be worn by everyone who enters our building, and they must be worn CORRECTLY. By that we mean your mouth AND your nose need to be covered at all times while you're inside the library.
Our policy is a firm No Mask, No Entry - NO EXCEPTIONS. If you enter the library without a mask, you will be asked to leave immediately. If you remove it while you're inside, you'll also be asked to leave. For those who can't or won't wear a mask, we're happy to serve you via Curbside Pickup. |
Printing, Copies & FaxesWhen printing from one of our public computers, pick up your pages as you normally would then bring them to the checkout desk to pay. If you need something printed from your phone, ask a staff member for instructions. For copies, you MUST stop at the checkout desk and ask a staff member to make them FOR YOU. Patrons are NOT ALLOWED to make their own copies at this time. If you need documents faxed, stop at the checkout desk and ask a staff member for assistance.

Limit Your Library TimeBefore we know it, we'll be able to invite you to come on in and hang around as long as you'd like. Snuggle into a comfy chair to read a book, chat with friends, spend hours researching local history...gosh we sure do miss that! But, for now, in order to keep our staff and community as healthy as can be, we need all of our patrons to limit their time in the library. Please make your visit as short as possible, and if you can't find what you're looking for quickly please ask our awesomely helpful staff for assistance.

Computer UsageTo start, we'll be allowing access to only one of our computer stations, and by appointment only. There will be three half-hour time slots available each day, at 10:15, 11:15, and 12:15 . To make an appointment, please call us at 570-226-4620. We know it's really frustrating, and we appreciate your patience. As we move through the weeks after we reopen, we'll revisit this policy and decide when the time is right to allow additional access. Remember - we now have Smart Hotspots available that you can bring home and use to access the internet for two whole weeks!
