LOAN DURATION
Books we've stocked within the past six months are considered 'NEW' and may be checked out for a period of two weeks at a time. All other circulating books may be checked out for a period of three weeks at a time. Reference books and materials are non-circulating and cannot be checked out.
BOOK RENEWALS
As long as no one else is waiting for a book you've checked out, it will automatically renew two times.
FINES
We're now a FINE FREE library! No matter how overdue your materials are or how large a fine balance you've accrued, return the items you have out and we'll waive all your fees. Yes, ALL of them. You get a fresh start and we get our books back...it's a win-win! Replacement fees for lost or damaged books still apply.
INTERLIBRARY LOAN (ILL)
Can't find what you want within the Wayne/Pike Library system after searching the catalog at www.waynelibraries.org? We can request it from libraries outside of our system for you - another FREE service we offer! Simply stop in and provide our staff with the item details...we'll get to work and call, email or text you when it arrives.
